FLORENCE, Ala. - The ĢƵ Department of History and Political Science will celebrate Constitution Day Sept. 17 with a presentation by Dr. Vagn Hansen, dean of the ĢƵ College of Arts and Sciences. Hansen's presentation, "The Bill of Rights, Then and Now," will be made at 10 a.m. in the Wesleyan Hall auditorium.
